Congratulations to this quarter’s Valued Team Members for earning a badge in “Community Residence Leadership in Supervision” from Stony Brook University! By earning the University Badge in Community Residence Leadership in Supervision, FREE’s Valued Team Members have developed skills aligned with the Core Competencies of the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
This badge aligns with the following FREE Core Competencies:
- Putting People First – Understanding the needs of staff, being sympathetic/empathetic, respectful, supportive and recognizing potential in Valued Team Members.
