On Wednesday, December 20, at 4:30 p.m. Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. (FREE) will be taking a group of over 100 individuals with special needs to a shopping spree at Toys “R” Us. The shopping spree was made possible through the generosity of an anonymous donor.
